Rihanna feat. Eminem – Love The Way You Lie Part 2 (on piano, violin, guitar)
Love the Way You Lie. Part 2. That’s right. The song was such a hit back in the summer that Rihanna and Em teamed up again to do another, more acoustic and stripped down version of the song. So of course I had to do another cover of it! Personally, I like this version better. Covering it made a lot more sense too since there were more melodies to be played. It’s mostly a piano cover featuring violin and guitar for two of the verses. It’s in no way perfect. But after hearing the song so many times before the first cover, then so many times on the radio over the summer, then the number of times listening to part 2, I’m not exactly thrilled to be listening to this song anymore LOL. Plus I suck at violin. Ugh.
